UGH...IM GETTING SICK OF THIS!

Well as some of you may or may not have known I was "suppose" to leave this Sunday for training but, for whatever reason I won't be going until the APRIL class. Oh well I guess everything happens for a reason.

I know how you feel. I played the waiting game with Delta too, but it all worked out in the end.

I have just begun my training and I am wiped out already. Plus, there is not enough room at the training center so I have to drive every day (about 45 min), which cuts into my rest/study time.

You are so lucky to be based in your hometown. I will be based in NYC...oh yeah...my hometown is ATL. :-(

Good Luck!!!

I am a graduate student working for the University of California, San Francisco in a study involving non-smoking flight attendants over the age of 40 with a minimum of 5 years flight experience. We are looking at the effects of second hand smoke and its correlation with lung and heart disease and I am looking for more volunteers to participate.

The survey is at: http://www.imenet.net/UCSFQuest/

More information regarding the study can be found at: http://www.tobacco.ucsf.edu/index.cfm?ucsfaction=famriclinic.main

If you have any suggestions on how to reach other flight attendants, please let me know as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I thank you for your time and if you have any comments or questions, please feel free to contact me at dchan@medicine.ucsf.edu
